When you purchase Phoenix for Windows, we include a six-month service plan that
gives you access to our product support team and the service packs that are released
for your version of the software.

Service Packs
About once per month, we release service packs for Phoenix that include minor changes
to the program and how it functions. These service packs are available for free
download with a current service plan. You can check to see the availability of a
service pack on our product announcement website:
