Credit Card Processing

You are probably already accepting credit cards in your business and you may be using a credit card terminal to accomplish the task. This process requires you to run the transactions in your POS software than run the credit card on a separate terminal.

There is a better way to run credit cards and that is directly through Phoenix for Windows. No additional terminal and no more keying errors. When you complete a transaction in Phoenix with a credit card payment, the credit card is automatically processed.

Phoenix for Windows currently offers two solutions for credit card processing:

1. X-Charge
2. IC-Verify Interface

X-Charge is a credit card processing company where you setup an account and use our built in interface to run your credit card transactions within the X-Charge system.

IC-Verify is third party software that builds a link between the point-of-sale software and various credit card processing companies. Not all processing companies can use IC-Verify, even though IC-Verify is widely recognized. So contact your credit card processor to discover if they can use IC-Verify to process transactions.

With either solution, an average setup time is about 2-weeks to get the necessary software and accounts setup. In no time you will be processing credit card transactions directly through Phoenix for Windows.
