Mobile Inventory
This system gives you the ability to perform an instant inventory right on the floor.
By connecting to your Phoenix database through your wireless router, information
is passed back and forth as you scan inventory.
When you find an item that needs to be adjusted, you simply type in the new quantity
on hand and submit. The information is instantly updated in Phoenix.

Fingerprint ID
This companion product is a good addition to your employee monitoring system. This
fingerprint ID system will login your employees into Phoenix without them needing
to remember a login name and password. Simply touch the pad.
Another advantage for using a this system is that your employees can never say,
“someone must have used my login for that transaction.” This identification system
positively links the employees to their actions inside of Phoenix. So when you are
looking at the auditing system and find that someone has deleted $60 in late fees
(additional days rented), you will know for sure which employee it was – you have
them identified by fingerprint.
The fingerprint system does not store the actual fingerprint but rather a mathematical
algorithm representing the print. So there is no worry that a fingerprint could
be reproduced from the system – it simply matches the algorithm on file for the
employee.

Signature Capture
This system is perfect if you don’t print invoices or don’t want to store several
boxes of customer receipts. Your customer’s signature is electronically captured
and stored with each transaction, so there is no need to store several thousand
receipts. Think of the room you will save.
If you need to recall an invoice, you can simply print the invoice and the signature
will print right on the receipt.

Client Photo ID
What a better way to identify your clients before they rent than with a photo? This
system snaps a photo of your client and stores the image with the client record.
Each time you rent to a client, their image is displayed right on the transaction
window.
The images are quite small, about 9-10 K each, and you can store an image for each
client and their authorized renters.
